Passion in Every Cup
Come and Be Welcome!
Welcome to The Ink & Herb! My name is Rae, and I am excited to welcome you into my world of tea and magic. Here at The Ink & Herb, we bring the art of tea to life, blending professional expertise with a whimsical touch. Based out of Montevallo, AL, we seek to bring a little magic to the greater Birmingham area one cup at a time! Whether it is your first visit or a familiar escape, come explore the world of tea with us.
The Art of Tea Education
The world of tea is steeped with both beauty and tradition. With over 12 years of study, our founder infuses each educational event with delightful flavors and the joy of sharing a deep love for tea. Whether you are looking to discover what you enjoy for the first time or are diving deeper into a passion you already possess, we desire to bring adventure and knowledge to your next cup.
Tea Tastings
We pride ourselves in providing in-depth, comprehensive, and delightful tea tastings for lovers of any level- from beginners trying their first cup to seasoned adventurers experimenting with the rare and unique!
Catering
We provide catering for special events, offering a curated tea and snack experience tailored to your specific gathering. Currently, we are offering drop catering and, for smaller affairs, pick-up catering. If interest is shown in the community, we hope to start offering pop-up style on-site catering in the near future.
Pop-Up Collaborations
The Ink & Herb is planning several event collaborations with Montevallo's beloved Meri Moon! Keep an eye on our Socials for updates on when we will bring our magic to Mainstreet!
Tea Duels
For special group occasions, we make the world of tea exciting and high-energy! If you and your friends are looking for a unique activity to pass the time, look no further than out Tea Duels! Created by the steampunk community, Tea Duels bring competition and challenge in contact with the traditional delights of tea and cookies!
